Galleri Brandstrup was founded in Moss in 1986 and relocated to Oslo, Madserud Allè 34, in August 2000.
March 2010 the galley moved to Tjuvholmen; Oslo's new office and residential development by the waterfront.
The gallery is a leading Norwegian contemporary art gallery with well-established artists and young talents. Our main focus is Nordic contemporary art and carefully chosen international contemporary art.
The combination of young and established artists makes the gallery’s profile challenging and diverse.
Galleri Brandstrup collaborates with several of the best galleries in the Nordic countries and the US, and attends art fairs abroad regularly.
The owners of the gallery are Marit Gillespie and Kim Brandstrup. Galleri Brandstrup’s competences include international art projects, curated exhibitions, art promotion, commissions and art in public relations work.
Personal service is of utmost importance to us and we give advice on and discuss collecting art of high quality and relevance to private and public collections. We also organize mounting of all types of art.
It is also possible for businesses to rent art for periods of up to five years.
